| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | teaspoons | Finely chopped; Chipotle peppers |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cilantro; chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
In small bowl whisk together vinegar, lime juice, mustard, chipotles, cilantro & sugar. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.
