Chocolate 7 minute frosting

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Egg whites
cup Sugar
cup Water
¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
2 ounces Unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate in top of double boiler. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 1 minutes. Place over simmering water. Cook 7 minutes, beating constantly at high speed, until soft glossy peaks form. Remove from hot water. Beat in 1 tsp vanilla. Fold in 2 oz unsweetened chocolate.
