| 1 | cup | Chocolate chips |
| 1 | each | Egg |
| 1 | each | Pinch of salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Creme de menthe |
| 2 | cups | Whipped cream |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container. Process on high for 1 minute. Pour into serving dishes. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream.
