Chocolate pot de creme

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (6-oz) semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Brandy or bourbon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Scalded milk

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend for 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into cups. Refrigerate for 12 hours or more. Serves 6. Do not make more than one recipe at a time.
