Choukchouka salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Bell peppers, chopped
4 mediums Tomatoes, chopped
½ bunch Parsley, chopped
½ bunch Coriander, chopped
½ cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Tomato paste

Directions

Combine peppers, tomatoes, parsley and coriander and saute in olive oil.

Add remaining ingredients. Saute until tender and thick. Serve hot or cold.
