1½ | cup | Garbanzo Beans; Cooked |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
½ | cup | Olive Oil |
¾ | cup | Lemon Juice; Fresh |
3 | Cloves Garlic; Crushed | |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Mint Flakes; Or 3X Fresh |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
NOTES : Pretty mounded on a platter and garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
