Chuckwagon baked beans

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cans (16-18 oz) pork & beans
1 Packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
½ pounds Salt pork; cut in strips
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Chopped green onions; with some tops

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients & pour into a 2- to 3-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 2 to 2-½ hours or until sauce is thick & beans are dark & crusty on top. If time is short, you may decrease cooking time to 1 hour, but the beans will not be as tasty. Makes 8 servings.
