Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
3 ounces Cream cheese
¼ cup Major Grey chutney
2 Scallions, minced
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Process/mince ingredients individually in food processor.

Re-combine all in processor and pulse until mixed to consistency of your desire.

This recipe can be doubled/tripled in larger food processors, and is calculated to make a moderate amount of appetizer servings.

Serve with sesame crackers.
