Chutney cracker spread

2 | tablespoons | Nonfat sour cream |
1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |
½ | cup | Green onions; sliced |
½ | cup | Unsalted peanuts; dry-roasted, chopped |
9 | ounces | Chutney |
Assorted reduced-fat crackers |
Directions
Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all enjoy these.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and curry powder until smooth. Fold in the onions and peanuts. Spread about ½ inch thick on a serving plate. Chill. Just before serving, pour chutney over all.
Serve with crackers.
Yield: 1½ cups
