Chutney-glazed turkey

Ingredients

8 (2oz) turkey breast cutlets
Vegetable cooking spray
¼ cup Mango chutney
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 teaspoon Curry powder

Directions

Place the turkey breast cutlets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine the chutney, mustard, sherry, and curry powder in a bowl, and stir well. Brush half of the chutney mixture over the turkey cutlets and broil for 4 minutes.

Turn the turkey cutlets over and brush with the remaining chutney mixture; broil an additional 3 minutes or until done.
