Cinnamon and spice raisin cake

Ingredients

1 pack Active dry yeast
cup All-purpose flour
cup Sugar
1 cup Cooking oil
1 each Egg
2 eaches Egg whites
½ cup Molasses
1⅔ cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
½ cup Walnuts
½ cup Finely chopped raisins

Directions

In a large mixing bowl soften yeast in 1 cup warm water(105 to 115); stir in the 1-½ cups flour till smooth. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes. In a large mixing bowl mix together sugar and oil. Add egg and egg whites. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed till combine. Add molasses and yeast mixture; beat on low till combined. Stir together the 1-⅔ cups flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, and nutmeg; stir into yeast mixture. Stir in nuts and raisins. Turn into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Let stand, covered in a warm place for 1 hour. Bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool.
