Cinnamon rolls (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

4½ | cup | Flour |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
¾ | cup | Butter |
¼ | cup | Luke warm water |
1 | pack | Dry yeast |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Milk, scalded |
Directions
Mix dry yeast with water; add rest of ingredients and put in refrigerator overnight or longer (can use in about an hour if desired). Roll out; put melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut in 1½" pieces. Put on cookie sheet. Let rise 1 ½ hours. Bake about 15 minutes at 375 . Ice immediately with mixture of butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and a little milk. Can freeze.
