Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eaches Bacon slice
4 tablespoons Onion, diced
2 eaches Potato, small, diced
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
¼ teaspoon Pepper
16 ounces Clams, minced, undrained
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Cook bacon in skilled until crisp. Drain. Saute onion in bacon grease until tender. Cook potato in water, salt and pepper until tender. Stir in clams, milk, butter, and onion. Simmer for 3 minutes.
