Ingredients

4 | tablespoons | Onion, diced |
2 | eaches | Potato, small, diced |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Salt or to taste |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
16 | ounces | Clams, minced, undrained |
2 | cups | Milk |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Cook bacon in skilled until crisp. Drain. Saute onion in bacon grease until tender. Cook potato in water, salt and pepper until tender. Stir in clams, milk, butter, and onion. Simmer for 3 minutes.
