Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Coconut
cup Sweetened condensed milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg white
3 tablespoons Cocomalt

Directions

Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet.
