½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¾ | cup | Brown sugar |
½ | cup | Sugar |
¾ | cup | Butter |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
1 | cup | Coconut |
7 | ounces | Macadamia nuts; (1 1/2 cups) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 300° Beat butter with sugars, add eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients until mixed. Stir in coconut and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake for 22 minutes. Cool completely.
