Coconut pistachio pudding

1 | small | Instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 | pint | Sour cream |
8¼ | ounce | Crushed pineapple, canned, undrained |
1⅓ | cup | Coconut |
Directions
Mix first two ingredients. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Serve immediately or chill. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9x13"PAN. Typed by Lynn Thomas.
Lynn's notes: I always make a double batch of this because it goes fast. A delicious and easy dessert.
