Confetti corn salsa

2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 Jalapeno or serrano chiles, stems removed, chopped
1 small Bell pepper, stems and seeds removed, diced
1 medium Tomato, diced
½ can Whole kernel corn
1 small Red onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh basil

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and allow to sit for a couple of hours before serving. This brightly colored salsa goes well with grilled of barbecued meats and chicken.
