Confetti pita curls

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

4 | ounces | Low fat cream cheese; softened |
¼ | cup | Shredded carrots |
2 | tablespoons | Diced red pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Raisins |
2 | Pita pockets |
Directions
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, red pepper and raisins. Cut each pita in half horizontally and spread with some of the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Chill until firm. Slice pitas on the diagonal and serve.
