Corn and cheddar bread

Ingredients

cup Milk
2 tablespoons Honey
3 tablespoons Butter
teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
cup Bread Flour
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
teaspoon Salt
cup Cheddar Cheese -- grated

Directions

1. Scald the milk. Stir in the honey and butter and let cool to room temperature. 2. Add the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients except the Cheddar dheese in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. 3. At the beeper ( or at the end of the first kneading), add the cheese.
