Corn-rye bread for bread machine

cup Beer or cider
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oil; preferrably sesame oil
¾ cup Medium rye flour
½ cup Cornmeal
2 cups White flour
1 tablespoon Gluten; (optional)
2 teaspoons Yeast

Directions

FOR 1½ POUND LOAF

Place ingredients in pan in order recommended by manufacturer and bake on white or normal cycle.
