Corned beef or roast beef hash

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Corned beef or roast beef; very small diced
1 pounds Potato; very small diced
½ teaspoon Fresh garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Onion; very small diced

Directions

1. add meat & potato in pan with little oil on medium high heat, cook ¾ of the way then add garlic, onion, salt, pepper.

2. Continue cooking until it is golden brown.
