Directions
This recipe comes from The Blue Ribbon Poultry Cookbook - it's favorite recipes of Home Ec Teachers <G>. Nice, simple and tasty.
Season Cornish hens with salt; place in baking pan. Cover with heavy-duty foil. Mix wine, margarine and lemon juice. Bake at 325 F, 1 hours, basting frequently with sauce until all is used. Uncover; bake 30 minutes longer.
My Note: Never use wine in a recipe that you wouldn't drink.
