Country-style chicken cutlets

1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Onion Soup Mix
¾ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Dry mustard; optional
6 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; OR turkey cutlets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
¼ cup All-purpose flour
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, toroughly combine golden onion soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in flour, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated. In lightly greased 13 X 9" baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered, turning once, 20 minutes or until done.
