Crab & corn chowder

1 | small | Onion, chopped |
4 | tablespoons | Margarine |
⅓ | cup | Flour |
3 | cups | Milk |
2 | mediums | Potatoes |
1 | small | Green pepper |
1 | slice | Celery |
1 | cup | Half and half cream |
4 | slices | Bacon, crisp and crumbled |
2 | cans | Crabmeat |
1 | can | Kernel corn |
Directions
Saute onion in margarine until soft. Add flour and cook gently for 1 minute, remove from heat. Gradually add milk. Return to heat and cook until thick. Add diced potatoes, celery, green pepper and cream.
Simmer 30 minutes. Add crabmeat and corn. Heat through.
