Crab & spinach supreme

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Minced scallions
1 Clove garlic, crushed
½ cup Butter
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Salt and pepper to taste Dash tabasco
1 pounds Crambeat, flaked
2 packs Frozen chopped spinach(10 oz), cooked and drained

Directions

Saute scallion and garlic in butter; remove from pan. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in chafing dish; serve hot with crackers or party bread
