1 | pack | (6-8 oz) frozen Alaska crab, thawed |
1 | cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
3 | tablespoons | Sliced green onions |
1 | tablespoon | Minced parsley |
⅛ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 | dash | Fresh ground pepper |
¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | pack | Refrigerator crescent rolls |
Directions
Drain and slice crab. Combine with cheese, green onions, parsley, mustard, pepper and mayonnnaise. Carefully unroll crescent roll dough; moisten and seal perforations. Gently roll out to form a 9" x 15" rectangle. Spread crab mixture over dough to within 1" of edges. From long side, roll up jelly roll fashion, sealing well. Cut into ½" slices and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
