Crab bisque #4

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (10.75-oz) cream of celery soup
1 can (10.5-oz) pepper pot soup
1 pint Half-and-Half
1 can (6.5-oz) crabmeat; drained
¼ cup Sherry

Directions

Mix soups and Half and Half. Shred crabmeat and add. Heat. Just before serving, add sherry. Yield: 6 servings.
