Quick crabmeat bisque

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 can Cream of asparagus soup, condensed
can Milk (use soup cans)
1 cup Light cream
1 pounds Crabmeat
¼ cup Sherry or dry white wine
Butter or margarine, at room temperature
Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Combine soups; stir in milk and cream. Heat until mixture boils, stirring frequently. Add crabmeat and heat through. Add sherry, mix and heat well. Remove to serving bowls or soup turine. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Float butter pats on each bowl or float a few pats of butter in soup turine.
