Crab filling for mini cream puffs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Cream cheese; softened
¼ cup Maui onion; finely minced
2 tablespoons Fresh chives; chopped
¼ cup Carrot; finely shredded
2 tablespoons Roasted peppers; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 pack (6 oz) frozen crab meat; cooked, drained

Directions

Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.

Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.

Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
