Crab puffs

Ingredients

6 | ounces | Crabmeat |
½ | cup | Shredded cheddar |
3 | eaches | Green onions, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Worchestershire sauce |
1 | cup | Water |
½ | cup | Butter or Margarine |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Flour |
4 | eaches | Eggs. |
Directions
Combine first five and stir well. Set Aside. Combine water, butter and salt in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Add flour and stir until it leaves the sides and forms a smooth ball. Allow to cool and add eggs, 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Add Crab. Drop by teaspoon sized balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 for 14 min. 350 10 min. They can be frozen. Shared By: Pat Stockett Submitted By PAT STOCKETT On 01-01-95
