8 | slices | Bread |
1 | cup | Homemade mayonnaise |
2 | Egg whites; whipped | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |

Directions
Cut bread into 1" (or a little larger) rounds with a cookie cutter. Lightly toast one side and set aside. Combine mayo, crab and salt and then gently fold in whipped egg whites. Pile on the UNtoasted side of the bread rounds.
Place on cookie sheet, sprinkle with paprika and broil for a few minutes at 400 degrees. Watch them closely as they will get puffy very fast. As soon as they are puffy, remove from oven and serve.
