Crab stuffed flounder

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons Margarine or butter
cup Chicken broth
½ pounds Crab meat
1 pounds Flounder fillets
3 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons White wine
½ cup Bread crumbs paprika

Directions

Melt margarine or butter in small saucepan. Blend in flour. Stir in chicken broth and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Mix in wine.

Combine ½ cup of this sauce with crab meat and bread crumbs. Spread on fillets. Roll up and place seam side down in greased baking pan.

Dot with margarine and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Heat remaining sauce and pour over fillet rolls. sprinkle with paprika (optional).
