Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash the flounder fillets and pat dry with paper towel. Coat with breadcrumbs and set aside. In the food processor, combine and puree together the basil, garlic, mayonnaise, and salt. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the crabmeat. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of basil-crabmeat filling on each fillet, then roll the fish over the filling to create open-sided roulades. Lay the flounder rolls ona bake-and-serve casserole, sprinkle lightly with paprika, and bake for 8 minutes.
