Cranberries au grand marnier

16 | ounces | Fresh cranberries (1 pkg.) |
2 | cups | Sugar |
½ | cup | Grand Marnier or |
½ | cup | Other orange-flavor liqueur |
Directions
Wash cranberries; drain well. Place cranberries in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish; sprinkle with sugar. Cover and bake at 350 F. for one hour. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in Grand Marnier. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve as a condiment with beef, pork or poultry.
