Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Cranberry sauce
¼ cup Rum or brandy
3 tablespoons Grand marnier
Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Combine cranberry sauce and ¼ cup rum in a wide frying pan. Place over mediumlow heat. heat, stirring often, until fairly smooth and boiling gently. Pour Grand Marnier into a measuring cup. Turn off heat. Quickly pour all the grand marnier over sauce andimmediately bring a lighted match nearsurface to flame. Spoon hot sauce over vanilla ice cream. Makes 1 cup.
