Cranberry wine sauce

2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Sugar
dash Nutmeg, ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
¼ teaspoon Cloves, ground
1 Lemon; grated rind of
½ cup Wine, port
1 pounds Cranberry sauce, whole berry

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and wine; mix well. Place in a saucepan over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cranberry sauce; stir with a fork or wire whisk until mixture is smooth and heated thoroughly.
