Cranberry bread 3

Ingredients

4 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Butter
cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Orange rind
2 Eggs, beaten
1 pack Cranberries, halved
2 cups Nuts

Directions

Combine flour, sugar, powder, soda, and salt. Cut in butter until consistency of cornmeal. In separate bowl, combine OJ, rind, and eggs.

Form a well in flour mixture. Pour in OJ mixture. Bled well. Add nuts and cranberries.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
