Cranberry apple bread

cup Unbleached flour
¾ cup Brown sugar -- packed
teaspoon Baking powder
teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
teaspoon Cloves
½ cup Applesauce -- at room
Temperature
2 Egg whites -- whipped
cup Skim milk -- at room
Temperature
¾ cup Cranberries -- chopped fine
¾ cup Apples -- chopped

Directions

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. In another mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, milk, cranberries, and apples.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
