Cranberry pork roast c/p

Ingredients

3 | pounds | Pork roast |
Salt & pepper | ||
1 | cup | Ground or finely chopped Cranberries (or craisons) |
¼ | cup | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
⅛ | teaspoon | Gound nutmeg |
Directions
1) Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot.
2) Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
*NOTE: Made this 2/26/96 with a bone in butt roast for Clifford's BD. All 3 of us liked it a lot. Boneless or pork loin roast may be used.
