Cranberry yeast bread

1 | cup | Plus 2 T. water; (70-80 F) |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; softened |
3 | tablespoons | Instant nonfat dry milk powder |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
3½ | cup | Bread flour |
2½ | teaspoon | Active dry yeast |
¾ | cup | Dried cranberries |
1 | tablespoon | Grated ornage peel |
Directions
In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredientsi n order suggested by manufacterer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough afouter 5 minutes of mixing; adding 1-2 tablespoons water or flour, if needed). Just before the final kneading (at beep) add cranberries and orange peel. Yield: 1 loaf. (2 pound) Editor's Note: Use of the time feature is not recommended for this recipe.
