Cream cheese scroll-ups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
Softened
2 tablespoons Green onion, chopped
½ cup Black olives, chopped
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt, optional
8 mediums Sized flour tortillas
Salsa for dipping

Directions

In food processor or mixing bowl, blend or beat cream cheese until creamy. Stir in onion, black olives, cheese, garlic powder and salt, if needed. Spread thin layer of mixture on tortilla.

Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into ¾-inch slices. Serve with salsa.

F.A.T. Reducer: Use lowfat cream cheese.
