Cream of pea soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅓ cup Canned pea soup, pea puree, or sieved peas
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Finely minced onion
2⅔ cup Thin white sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions

Brown onion in the butter. Add pea soup and white sauce. Heat to boiling. Season to taste. Beat with a dover beater 1 minute. Serve at once. 6 servings.
