cup Sugar, brown - packed
cup Sugar
1 can Milk, evaporated (5 oz can)
2 cups Pecan halves

Directions

YIELD: 25 SERVINGS

Combine sugars and milk in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to soft-ball stage on candy thermometer. Cool 5 minutes, without stirring. Add pecan halves; beat with wooden spoon until mixture begins to thicken. Drop quickly from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Makes 25 pieces. Christmas 1980 Submitted By SHARON STEVENS On 11-17-94
