Creamy cucumber potato salad^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked, peeled, cubed
Potatoes
2 Coarsley chopped hard cooked
Eggs
½ cup Chopped celery
½ cup Chopped green onions
½ cup Seeded chopped cucumber
¾ cup Light sour cream
cup Fatfree mayonnaise or that
Fake stuff
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
teaspoon To 1/4 white pepper

Directions

Combine vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over; stir gently

to coat. Cover; chill until needed.

Per half cup serving:

110cal., 4g pro., 16g carb., 2g fiber, 3g fat, 46mg chol., 260mg sod., 290mg
