6 | tablespoons | Sugar, confectioners' |
½ | Lime; cut into 4 thin wedges |
Directions
With the back of a spoon, force the diced avocado through a sieve set over a bowl. Stir in the lime juice and sugar. Serve from chilled parfait glasses or dessert dishes, and garnish each serving with a lime wedge.
