Batida de abacates (avocado and ice cream dessert/drink)

2 | Medium; ripe avocados, pitted & peeled | |
3 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar (or to taste) |
2 | cups | Vanila ice cream |
Chopped Brazil nuts and Maraschino Cherries (optional) |

Combine avocados and lemon juice and mash. Add sugar and continue mashing until creamy . Add ice cream and beat well with electric beater. Serve at once in beautiful dessert glasses and top with nuts and a cherry.
For Avocado Drink, just add enough milk to get the desired consistency.
(It can be made in the blender) Serve at once and enjoy!
