Batida de abacates (avocado and ice cream dessert/drink)

Quantity Ingredient
2 Medium; ripe avocados, pitted & peeled
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons Sugar (or to taste)
2 cups Vanila ice cream
Chopped Brazil nuts and Maraschino Cherries (optional)

Combine avocados and lemon juice and mash. Add sugar and continue mashing until creamy . Add ice cream and beat well with electric beater. Serve at once in beautiful dessert glasses and top with nuts and a cherry.

For Avocado Drink, just add enough milk to get the desired consistency.

(It can be made in the blender) Serve at once and enjoy!
