Cut Up, Skin & Fat Removed
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Skim Milk
1 cup Cornflake Crumbs
2 cloves Garlic Minced

Directions

Preheat Oven To 400 F. Season Chicken With Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Dip Into Milk & Roll in Cornflake Crumbs. Place in Lightly Pam Sprayed Baking Dish Being Careful That The Pieces Do Not Touch. Bake 45 Min.
