Crunchy sweet & sour fettuccine salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Honey-Mustard Chicken with Fettuccine (chilled) (see separate recipe)
1 1-inch piece ginger peeled and minced, OR... Dried ginger
1 cup Diced celery
1 medium Cucumber; peeled, chopped and seeded
2 mediums Apples; cored and chopped

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and serve.
