Crustless french apple pie

6 cups Baking apples -- sliced
Peeled
teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Skim milk
¾ cup Reduced-fat biscuit mix
4 eaches Egg whites
STREUSEL:
¾ cup Reduced-fat biscuit mix
½ cup Grape Nuts cereal
cup Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Light margarine -- softened

Directions

Coat a 10-in. pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine apples, cinnamon and nutmeg; place in pie plate. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, milk; biscuit mix and egg whites until smooth. Pour over apples. Combine all streusel ingredients in a bowl; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 325 deg. for 70-75 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.
