Crusty ham sizzler with glazed peaches

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eaches 1/2\" thick ham steaks
1 each Egg white
1 cup Crushed cheese crackers
4 eaches Peach halves
¼ cup Cranberry sauce
1 each Potato
2 teaspoons Olive oil

Directions

Lightly whip egg with 1 tsp water. Dip one side of each ham slice in egg then in cracker crumbs. Press crumbs in well. Place coated side up on broiler rack. Put peach halves on broiler rack with ham, brush with melted cranberry sauce. Surround with potato cut in thin spear amd tossed in oil. Broil 4" from heat for 5 minutes.
